Purpose

To provide a resource network to assist minority candidates in their career search in higher education administration.

The Minority and Friends Network seeks to meet the needs of minority candidates by:

sharing information on interviewing and resume writing;

serving as mentors to candidates;

publicizing position announcements from "minority friendly" institutions;

allowing candidates to post resumes;

hosting a social networking opportunity at the Oshkosh Placement Exchange for candidate and employers to exchange thoughts and ideas in a relaxed setting.
