Transfer Student Housing 

Congratulations on choosing Wright State!

To help you get the most from your time at Wright State University, we offer a number of housing options. All are designed to help you meet other students, form friendships, and enrich your overall academic experience, adding to the quality of your life here. Wright State housing offers something for everyone... the high energy, social interaction, and convenience of on-campus housing, independent living in apartment style living, the traditional residence hall, and even a special community for married or single-parent students. 

W.S.U. believes that the residential experience is an important factor in the educational process. Reflecting this value, we strongly encourage that transfer students live on-campus to take full advantage of what the university has to offer. Whenever possible, transfer students requesting housing will be integrated with other upper-class students into our residence halls or our apartment communities.

You may apply for campus housing either on line or by mail.  On this application you will be asked to submit your housing preferences, as well as respond to our lifestyle questions, which aid in roommate matching. We ask that students respond as honestly as possible to these questions - roommate matches are only as good as the information on which they are based!  

We will attempt to honor your housing preferences as space permits.
