Undergraduate Honors Studies

Wright State's Honors Program offers you benefits in curriculum, scheduling, advising, and scholarships.

Honors classes provide a supportive learning environment where you will be challenged to develop analysis and synthesis. These interdisciplinary classes provide numerous opportunities for service-learning and community engagement and are taught by some of Wright State's most notable faculty members. All honors coursework is noted on your transcript and honors degree designations will appear on your transcript and in the commencement program.

The Honors Program staff can be helpful if you are preparing for professional and graduate school, alerting you to national and international scholarship and fellowship opportunities. Undergraduate honors scholarships are available for both new and continuing students.

We hope you will join us and take advantage of the many opportunities the Honors program provides:

  • Small classes
  • Selective enrollment
  • Priority registration
  • Student lounge and study area
  • Supplemental advising
