Graduation Application

Please read the following instructions carefully. Form may be downloaded for completion and mailed to the Graduate School, Wright State University, Dayton, Ohio 45435.
Initial Application Fee: $35 (credit card numbers may be phoned in to the Graduate School at 937-775-2976). Application will not be processed without payment of the fee.
Follow-up Application Fee: $25 (credit card numbers may be phoned in to the Graduate School at 937-775-2976). Application will not be processed without payment of the fee.
All courses must be completed prior to your graduation, including any outstanding temporary grades. Complete the information and return to the address listed above during the application filing period for the desired graduation date (listed below). Late applications will be considered for the next graduation date. Your diploma will be mailed via Post Office approximately six weeks after conferral of your degree, to the local address on file in the Registrar's Office.
IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO NOTIFY THE REGISTRAR OF A CHANGE OF ADDRESS.
IF YOU DO NOT COMPLETE THE REQUIREMENTS OF YOUR DEGREE AS ANTICIPATED, IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO SUBMIT A FOLLOW-UP APPLICATION DURING THE FILING PERIOD FOR THE NEXT APPROPRIATE GRADUATION DATE.
