Boonshoft School of Medicine students can apply for scholarships, grants, employment, or loans from a number of sources which include:
Federal Student Aid Programs
To apply for financial aid from the Federal government, applicants must meet eligibility requirements as outlined by the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). The student must complete the FAFSA to apply for all forms of federal student aid at WSU.
Federal Scholarships
A scholarship is a form of gift aid that does not have to be repaid. Contact the Boonshoft School of Medicine for federal scholarship programs for which you may qualify.
Employment
Federal Work Study is a form of employment from the federal student aid programs.
Federal Student Loans
A student loan is a form of aid that must be repaid by the borrower. It can be based on financial need and/or restricted to a select population. Federal loans available to Boonshoft School of Medicine students include:
