Information
Windows
Our Student Services Specialists are available at our Information Windows
located in E136 Student Union to answer a variety of questions. Stop by
to check on the status of your financial aid, to hand in documents, to
pick up applications, to receive general information, to check on the
availability of a walk-in appointment or to schedule an appointment. If
you just need to drop off paperwork, use the Drop Box located to the right
of the Information Windows.
Walk-in Appointments
Monday
– Friday 9 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.
Monday,
Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 1 p.m. – 4 p.m.
Visit
the Information Windows for walk-in appointment availability. Walk-ins
are seen on a first come, first serve basis. Because walk-in appointments
are not guaranteed as they are subject to time and staff resources, it
may be recommended by our Student Services Specialists you schedule an
appointment for a later date.
Scheduled Appointments
Monday
– Friday 9 a.m. – 4 p.m.
You
may visit our Information Windows or call our office by phone to schedule
an appointment. All appointments must be scheduled at least twenty-four
(24) hours in advance. Our Student Services Specialists will work with
you to find a time that meets both your schedule and our schedule at the
earliest possible date. We ask that you please contact our office if you
must cancel your appointment so that we can make that time available to
another visitor.
