Emergencies or Urgent Requests
For an immediate response, contact our Customer Care Center at 937-775-4444. Current hours until July 25, 2020, are Monday–Friday, 7 a.m.–11:00 a.m. After hours, contact the Wright State Police Communications Center at 937-775-2111.
Please do NOT report an emergency and/or urgent work requests using the facilities@wright.edu email address. Non-emergency requests or feedback can be reported through email.
Work requests include:
- Classroom concerns
- Cleaning requests
- Environmental health and saftey concerns
- Grounds maintenance
- Heating and cooling issues
- Keys
- Lost and found
- Maintenance repairs
- Painting
- Parking services
- Recycling
- Restroom problems
- Signage
When placing a work request, please call the Customer Care Center at 937-775-4444 or email facilities@wright.edu and include the following information:
- Your name and phone number
- Location of work to be completed, include room number and building
- Detailed description of the problem
