The purpose of OHEN is to develop and support a network of science, mathematics and education faculty for the improvement of science and mathematics teacher preparation and professional development. The institutions responsible for developing the network are Sinclair Community College, Wright State University and the University of Dayton, in collaboration with regional institutions that are signatures of the memorandum of understanding with the articulation of teacher preparation coursework.
