Join fellow Wright State alumni for a trip to Chicago for the holidays!
December 1-2, 2018
All alumni, guests, and retirees are invited to participate in the first-ever Chicago Holiday Tour! This is a highly anticipated and requested event so we do expect it to sell out—buy your tickets early!
This Saturday-to-Sunday trip gives alumni and friends the opportunity to shop, see a Broadway-style show, sample world-class cuisine, or simply see the sights of Chicago while it's decorated for the holidays. Our hotel is one block off Michigan Avenue, which features great shopping, fine dining, and the very best in theater shows. A sampling of the optional entertainment includes:
- Miss Saigon - Cadillac Palace Theatre (November 13 - December 8)
- The Book of Mormon - Oriental Theatre (November 30 - December 2)
- Blue Man Group - Briar Street Theatre (Open Run)
- Holiday Inn - Marriott Theatre (November 7 - January 6)
- Disney's Beauty and the Beast - Drury Lane Theatre (November 9 - January 27)
Tickets for the shows above sell out months in advance. It is highly recommended you purchase any theater tickets as soon as you book the trip.

Attendees will stay at the Sheraton Grand Chicago, just steps away from the world famous Michigan Avenue.

- Round-trip transportation from Dayton to Chicago via Croswell Motor Coach

Registration for the Chicago Holiday Bus Tour is on a first-come, first-serve basis. To guarantee your spot on the trip, please register by October 1, 2018. Registration will be open through October 1, based on hotel availability or once the trip has reached maximum capacity.
Cancellation Policy: Full refunds will be granted to requests made to the Office of Alumni Relations prior to September 1st.
All proceeds benefit the African American Alumni Society Scholarship and the trip is underwritten by the African American Alumni Society.
