Wright State Orthopaedic Surgery, Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation will offer an educational session, “Rotator Cuff Tears and Repairs,” on Tuesday, June 17, at 7 p.m., in Classroom 1 on the second floor of the Wright State Physicians Health Center (725 University Blvd.) on the campus of Wright State University. The session is free and open to the public.

The speaker is L. Joseph Rubino III, M.D., associate professor of orthopaedic surgery, sports medicine and rehabilitation at the Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine. Rubino is certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery in orthopaedic surgery and in the orthopaedic sports medicine subspecialty. He is fellowship-trained in sports medicine. He also serves as a team physician for the University of Dayton Flyers and Miami University Middletown.
