The Women in STEMM Leadership Institute will bring together 300+ female students and leaders across diverse industries including dynamic thinkers in business and academia. The mission of the Women in STEMM Leadership Institute is to connect the power and intellect of this multi-generational gathering to address the Dayton area’s future, with a special interest in STEMM. In order to achieve meaningful impact, leaders must connect with a diverse assortment of stakeholders to shape the Miami Valley around a shared vision.

Event speakers are highlighted by:
*Gen. Ellen M. Pawlikowski, Commander of the Air Force Materiel Command at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base; a command that employs some 80,000 people and manages $60 billion annually.
*Nan Whaley, City of Dayton Mayor, who is leading a diverse group of business and community partners to strategically position Dayton for major growth.
