Dr. Myron Levine's URS 3210 Metropolitan Politics class will visit Cincinnati to tour redevelopment projects in the city's Over-the-Rhine neighborhood. As the city's oldest and most historic neighborhood, the district is in the midst of a reinvention. The 110 square blocks are under development by the 3CDC (Cincinnati Center City Development Corporation), which is transforming one of the highest crime areas in the metropolitan area into a place where families and young people are choosing to live, work and play.
