Practice an easy to learn form of Integral Qigong and Tai Chi for relaxation and revitalization. The flowing movements act as a moving meditation that can help focus the mind, relax the body, and vitalize the musculo-skeletal and circulatory systems. Plus, it’s cool, ancient self-healthcare.
No experience necessary.
Can do in work clothes. Flat bottom or low heel shoes recommended or can take shoes off.
