Strategic Planning Mini-Summit 1 - Establish Working Groups

Each of our six summits will consist of large and small group work to lay the foundation for the subsequent summit. Between each summit, each strategic initiative group will further develop and refine their respective task. Each summit will have a different focus, with the individual outcome of each summit becoming more specific as work progresses through the summer.

May 18: Summit 1 – Establish Working Groups

In this session, we will --

1. Organize working groups to focus on each strategic initiative.
2. Develop aspirations for each strategic initiative
3. Identify the alignment between strategic initiatives and areas of strategic focus
4. Propose ideas for the most important, overall university strategic goal.
