Led by Jack Dustin, Ph.D., Interim Director, Center for Service-Learning and Civic Engagement.  Participants will learn why teaching Service-Learning is good for their career, a benefit to students, and serves the mission of Wright State.  The workshop introduces academic polices that permit courses to carry the SRV attribute and then how to develop a service-learning course, including tools to assess the value of service-learning for faculty, students and community partner(s).  The workshop also offers ideas of how to publish what is learned from service-learning projects.
