Led by Greg Asman, Instructional Designer, CTL.  This 90 minutes, hands-on workshop gives participants a chance to explore how and why to use synchronous tools such as Pilot Live (Collaborate) and asynchronous tools such as Discussions and Groups to increase online communication in their courses.
