Looking to implement cutting-edge techniques for developing leaders at every level in an organization? If so, attend the Making Great Leaders event offered by the Organizational Effectiveness Lecture Series. This morning event will feature a panel of experts on the topic of Leadership Development: Dr. Scott Taylor, Professor, University of New Mexico, Jackie Smith, VP CareSource University, CareSource and Lauren Piero, Associate E-Learning Consultant, CareSource.

Effective leaders are critical to the success of an organization. An organization’s ability to develop solid leaders and build bench strength can make or break a company. This unique panel will dig into the theory of leadership development programs and the practice of creating them. They will share the elements that set apart an exceptional leadership development program from those that fail. The combination of a scholarly perspective and practical application ensures this program will ignite a lively discussion and offer relevant information for developing leaders within organizations.
