Leader to Leader Conference

The 2018 Omicron Delta Kappa Leader to Leader Conference will help students take their leadership abilities "to infinity and beyond!" This is the fourteenth annual conference, planned by members of WSU's circle of ODK. The conference is redesigned each year around a new theme that ODK believes resonates with each generation of students. Based on the theme, various speakers are selected from notable Wright State alumni, Wright State faculty, or prominent leaders in the Dayton area.

Breakout sessions throughout the day will be focused on building a strong foundation of new leadership, emerging leadership, and advanced leadership potential. Sessions will be interactive at times and offer an opportunity to network and meet other conference attendees. The one-day conference is free-of-charge to all Wright State students, faculty, and staff and includes a free lunch. Pre-registration is required to attend.
