An Introduction to Using TurningPoint Clickers

Led by Greg Asman, Instructional Designer, CTL.  This session will provide an overview of TurningPoint clickers and will help participants get started with using TurningPoint by teaching them how to set up and conduct polling sessions as well as giving them the opportunity to set up and conduct a simple polling session during the workshop. Topics covered include PowerPoint-based Polling and Anywhere Polling (being able to poll students with questions from any computer program, ones written on a whiteboard or even given verbally,) as well as an overview of the standard ResponseCard clickers and ResponseWare virtual clickers (that can run via an app on a smart phone or on a laptop).
