This presentation* on "The Spiritual Dimension of Leadership" by former professor and president of Wright State University Dr. Kim Goldenberg will focus on the top traditional traits of effective leaders and how being mindful of one's spirituality can greatly enhance performance.

Dr. Goldenberg is currently an executive advisor for business, education, and government. His over 30 years of leadership experience have included being a test engineer for the first manned-landing on the moon, dean of medicine, and university president. Dr. Goldenberg has also provided advice at the White House on health care and homeland security for two U.S. Presidents. Regional honors have included the Dayton Business Journal's Business Executive of the Year award and the National Conference on Community and Justice's Humanitarian award.
