Smartphone Smarter: Make a speaker amp from studio supplies, old timey pinhole photos

The 'Golden' or 'Magic' hour is considered the first and last hour of sunlight during the day by photographers. Stein Galleries presents a monthly student art-making event featuring DIY projects, ink drawing, and collaging with projectors.

September's event features making a speaker amp and pinhole photos with your smartphone and everyday materials.

Free event, open to everyone. Popcorn and most materials provided.

Stein Gallery hours are Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, 10:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.; Thursdays, 10:00 a.m.-7:00 p.m.; Saturdays and Sundays 12:00-4:00 p.m.
