Quit smoking with Freshstart.

Get ready to quit.  No matter how long you’ve smoked, quitting can improve your health. Wright State’s quit smoking program Freshstart can be your start to a new life without cigarettes.

With Freshstart, you will learn how to direct your own quit program based on the most up-to-date guidelines for helping tobacco users quit.  At four weekly meetings you will learn problem solving and coping skills and gain support as you develop your quit plan.  The meetings provide a welcoming, non-judgmental atmosphere and the program is free for all Wright State employees and students.

Freshstart sessions will meet on Tuesdays, October 9, 16, 23 and 30 from 12:30-1:30pm in 497 Millett Hall.  For more information or to register contact 775-5816 or Rec-Fit@wright.edu
