Quit smoking with Freshstart, Wright State's smoking cessation program.  Next session begins Feb. 11 and continues on Feb. 13, 18, and 20.  All meetings are from 12-1pm in 395 Millett Hall; free for all WSU students, faculty, and staff.  Freshstart uses the latest methods to help you design your own quit plan in a low-key, non-judgmental atmosphere.  To register or for questions contact rec-fit@wright.edu.
