Ken Saville, M.S. student in the Department of Earth & Environmental Sciences will discuss his work as a Food Safety Inspector. His experience is especially relevant to those in the Environmental Heath Sciences degree program, but also more broadly as it demonstrates the unexpected challenges that arise in many fields and the value of creativity in solving problems.
