The session is free and open to the public.
Justin Lodge, P.T., D.P.T., a physical therapist with Wright State Orthopaedics, will discuss the benefits of different types of exercise, the proper progression of exercises and the prevention of common injuries. Lodge is a 2007 Wright State University graduate. He also earned a doctorate of physical therapy from the University of Dayton in 2010.
