Please join the Wright State University Office of Disability Services and the Veteran and Military Center for our second annual fundraising event, Dining in the Dark.

This unique dinner experience gives guests a first-hand glimpse into the lives of those who are completely blind; a demographic to which approximately 160,000 veterans subscribe. Creating greater awareness around blindness and the way our veterans navigate their life adjustment to a new environment, participants are served a three-course meal while blindfolded. Our keynote speaker will provide context to the sensory awareness experience as guests discover the different tastes, smells, and feel of a “blind” meal.
