Join the Dayton Council on World Affairs for an evening of conversation with Cuban blogger Elaine Díaz Rodriguez (and tapas!) at El Mesón, 903 East Dixie Drive, West Carrollton.  Elaine Díaz Rodriguez is a journalist, a professor at the University of Havana and a recent Nieman Fellow at Harvard University.
