People in consensually non-monogamous relationships (including swinging, open relationships, and polyamory) are highly stigmatized in society and in therapy offices, with few mental health professionals received training on CNM people and their relationships. This training integrates the framework of cultural humility and a review of current research to address common myths and provide recommendations and considerations for CNM-inclusive and affirming therapy. 4 CEs for Ohio Psychologists
