" We are seeking a talented problem solver with a solid work ethic to develop as a future leader for our organization. This position will report to the Director of Engineering, who reports directly to the President. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, testing and analysis, troubleshooting, root cause and corrective action and autonomous projects. The intent of this position is to develop “home grown” leaders for our specialized industry.
Key attributes that we will be screening are a bias for action, a results-oriented mindset, positive attitude and someone who loves a challenge. Our program encourages continuous growth and learning throughout the Cooperative Education work quarters and builds upon the knowledge learned in previous quarters.
