Take time to recharge your mind, body and spirit over this summer break trip to the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains. Backpacking mileage will be low, in the 3-6 mile range per day to take time to enjoy your yoga practice on top of the treeless mountaintops with 360 degree views and to take time to meditate and journal beside flowing rivers. Mornings will start with a healthy breakfast and restorative yoga session and days will end with deep stretch and relaxing sequence. Take your practice into the wildernes and find your inner yogi.
Cost Includes: ORC Trip Leaders and a 200 Registered Yoga Instructor, Healthy meals on location, all permit and camping fees, all outdoor camping and backpacking equipment, transportation to and from WSU.
