Here is her bio-

My first beyond high school education experience started at Sinclair Community College back in the day when the tag line was, “It’s a great way to begin”; and it was!  It took me six (6) years to get the two (2) year degree (AAS in Business) and from there another fourteen (14) months to obtain a Bachelor’s degree from Capital University in Human Resources and sixteen (16) months later I graduated from Central Michigan University with a Master’s in General Administration with a concentration in Organizational Behavior.  The first decade I spent my career as a Human Resources Generalist for mostly technology companies.  The second decade I got into the staffing/recruiting business and the third decade (nearly eight (8) years ago now), I launched my own business putting those two passions together.  No matter how you look at what I do, IT’s “HR”, c!?!  Interestingly enough, I taught Management and Business classes for both Sinclair and Wright State University for nearly fifteen (15) years.  I am very active in my community serving as Past-President of The Greene Optimist Club, the Miami Valley Human Resources Association and am a member of the Beavercreek Chamber of Commerce.  For fun, I love to ride my Softtail Heritage and spend time with my eleven (11) year old daughter Olivia, who typically rides on the back of my motorcycle if my eighty-seven (87) year old Dad isn't riding on the back.
