Michael J Robertson is a three time Wright State graduate (B.S. Biomedical Engineering 2011, M.B.A. 2014, and M.D. 2016). He was active in the campus community during his tenure at Wright State. Michael worked on the Conduct Review Panels for the Office of Community Standards and Student Conduct serving as chair and helping with the new Director search committee. He was a tutor and supplemental instruction leader for the Wrightmath program. Additionally, he worked with the African American Alumni Society to create events such as Project ASPIRE.

After graduation, Michael completed his medical residency at Wright State's Family Medicine Residency Program. He was involved in teaching WSU medical students, and working on community outreach projects like the Ladder, which provides science education and mentorship to regional high schools. Michael is now a family medicine physician with the Middletown Family Practice in Franklin, Ohio. He continues to help instruct Wright State medical students and family medicine residents. He has been a member of the Wright State Alumni Association’s Board of Directors since 2017 and currently serves as the vice president.
