Visit The Dayton Art Institute, Boonshoft Museum of Discovery, National Museum of the United States Air Force, and Carillon Park to learn about the history of Dayton and beyond.
Whether you feel like dancing or catching a production, you will find plenty of action at the Oregon District, local movie theaters, the Wright State University Nutter Center, the Wright State University Department of Theatre, the Wright State University Department of Music, Schuster Performing Arts Center, or Victoria Theatre.

Professional sports teams
Fifth Third Field is home to the Dayton Dragons, the Single-A minor league baseball affiliate of the Cincinnati Reds. Hop in your car for a short drive to see the Reds, Cincinnati Cyclones ice hockey, Columbus Blue Jackets ice hockey, Columbus Clippers baseball, and Columbus Crew soccer.

We have four major shopping districts near campus: the Mall at Fairfield Commons, The Greene, Dayton Mall, and The Village of Yellow Springs shops. Each has a variety of shopping and dining options for every budget.
