Duties: Responsible for overseeing all reports of sexual misconduct, relationship violence, discrimination related to gender non-conformity, gender inequity and identifying and addressing any patterns or systemic problems that arise during review of such reports. Allegations may be reported directly to the Title IX Coordinator. The Title IX Coordinator may arrange no contact orders. The Title IX may also arrange other accommodations. The Title IX Coordinator can answer questions and provide information concerning the university’s policies and procedures, available resources and support services, and external criminal and legal options.

Duties: Serve as an intake officer for students, staff and faculty who wish to file a complaint regarding sexual misconduct, relationship violence and discrimination related to gender nonconformity; facilitate the assisted resolution process for those who file complaints; coinvestigate complaints involving students, staff and faculty, and provide related training and education to the WSU community.
