Research

Mr Bourne uses an interdisciplinary approach utilizing remote sensing and GIS to investigate geological and biological topics.  Prior research has included the use of sattelite (Landsat) images to characterize algal (cyanobacteria) blooms in the Western Basin of Lake Erie.
