Concepts of Altered Health States

Description: Focuses on the relationship of normal body functioning and the physiological changes that occur as a result of illness including the body's compensatory mechanisms. Emphasis is placed on alterations in body function and system/organ failure.

Credits: 3 under-graduate quarter hours

Prerequisites: Admission to RN-BSN program; ANT 202, P&B 302 or RN status, CHM 102 or equivalent
