Advanced Systems Models

Description: Studies quantitative techniques to analyze and predict systems performance. Topics include queuing models, system simulation, model validation, data collection, quantitative analysis of system performance, and system design evaluation.

Credits: 4 graduate quarter hours

• Windows 2000 is acceptable, but Windows XP Pro is recommended
• Internet service provider and 56 kbps modem or broadband connection
