Human Factors Engineering in Computer Systems Design

Description: Theoretical paradigms in human-computer interaction and their application to interface design are examined. Emphasis is placed on advanced interface technologies such as multimodel input/output, hypertext, and knowledge-based systems.

Credits: 4 graduate quarter hours

• Windows 2000 is acceptable, but Windows XP Pro is recommended
• Internet service provider and 56 kbps modem or broadband connection
