ENG 102
Effective Written Discourse

Description: Adapts principles introduced in ENG 101 to writing tasks assigned throughout the university. Stresses writing effectively within various forums, reading critically, using source materials, and summarizing. Prerequisite:

Credits: 4 under-graduate quarter hours

Prerequisites: C or better in ENG 101.

• CD-ROM (DVD-ROM recommended)

• Windows 2000 is acceptable, but Windows XP Pro is recommended
• Internet service provider and 56 kbps modem or broadband connection

• Power Macintosh G4 550mHz
• 256mb RAM (512 strongly recommended)
• 10gb Hard Drive
• CD-ROM (DVD-ROM recommended)
• monitor capable of 1024x768 resolution
• MacOS X 10.3
• Internet service provider and 56 kbps modem or broadband connection
