To assist students with learning to apply Kirchhoff's laws, to have an understanding of and an ability to apply Thevenin and Norton's theorems, to analyze and design circuits, to analyze 1st and 2nd order circuits, to apply linear differential equation techniques, and to have an understanding of sinusoidal steady state analysis.
