While many secondary pages have a common menu structure and branding, they're inconsistent with the home page (which scatters links around, in a slightly different order than the secondary pages) and deeper pages such as the Electronics Shop ones. Common branding (WSU icons, fonts, colors, etc) and navigation are key. Secondly, the site overall seems to lack a sense of knowing the intentions of person visiting the site. Why is someone visiting the Wright State site? To find out about sports teams and tickets? To follow news about the university? To schedule classes? Apply for admission? The navigation structure doesn't really lend itself to visitor intentions, rather emphasizing a presentation of the site's contents. I would suggest looking for means to gear site presentation to the intentions of visitors, rather than setting up a hierarchical structure that they can navigate through.
