The Volunteer Management Training Program was developed and designed to fulfill the professional development needs of volunteer management.

The goal of the program is to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of volunteer services throughout the southwest Ohio region and to meet the professional development needs of volunteer management. The sessions incorporate professional training and practice to give Volunteer Managers practical tools to integrate into their volunteer programs. We recruit experienced professionals and consultants in the field of volunteer management to teach the sessions.
