CUPA Telephone Interviewers are undergraduate and graduate students at Wright State University, selected for their professionalism, attention to detail, and outstanding communication skills. CUPA interviewers primarily work in the CUPA Survey Research Lab conducting telephone surveys, but are also trained to conduct person-to-person surveys and facilitate and record for focus groups.

Interviewers are trained by our professional research staff in professional surveying techniques, and are encouraged to maintain membership in the American Association for Public Opinion Research (AAPOR) in order to stay up-to-date on best practices in survey research.

CUPA is always reviewing applications for positions in our Survey Research Lab (applicants must be a current, full-time Wright State University student). To learn more about this position, please contact Madeline Gresham at (937) 775-2941.
