Who is eligible?

An eligible candidate for the OCPM program must be a manager or hold a management staff position for a state, county, or local government agency.

In addition, the following criteria must be met as determined by each candidate’s employer:

  1. Manage two or more people or

  2. Manage a program, project, or resources that impacts his/her agency.
