Testimonials

The OCPM program has proven to be a worthwhile venture for us. We have had difficulty in the past finding a training program that addresses the issues faced by public sector managers. This program focused on the unique challenges and problems that are found in the public sector.

The program has proven very effective because it focuses on building skills in key areas through interaction and practice. Participants learn about their own individual leadership and management qualities, and how to enhance these. The skills learned through the projects provided each participant both knowledge and experience which is relevant to the workplace.

All-in-all, the program provides knowledge, develops skills through practice, and provides a healthy assessment of one’s own self. This is all done in a friendly and fun atmosphere, which forms lasting bonds between each person completing the program.
