My experience with the OCPM has been the highlight of my 25-year career in public service. Not only did I learn skills to become a more effective manager but also gained self confidence.

Since graduating from OCPM in 2003, the doors for opportunity have opened beyond what I could have imagined. In 2004, I was promoted into a new position that deals specifically with organizational development and strategic planning. Without attending the OCPM program I know I would not have been ready to take over the duties that I am now expected to perform.

I would recommend to anyone who is thinking about getting involved in the program to go for it. You will never regret it!
