I found the OCPM Program to be a great asset to me both professionally and personally. Being that I never pursued further education after high school, I may have even found the program to be more beneficial than others. I now know that I have the needed knowledge to help my agency to continually provide better service to the public during these trying budget times.

One of my projects focused on customer service along with revenue collection. This project’s final outcome was a huge success for all involved. This project alone made the program more than worthwhile for my agency and myself.
