![]() | Dr. Jack Dustin Department Chair and Associate Professor Ph.D.(1991) University of Delaware Dr. Dustin teaches teaches in the Urban Affairs and Master of Public Administration program, serves as the chair of the Dayton Technology Assistance Panel, is past president of the Miami Valley Chapter of the American Society for Public Administration, and is currently the President of the Wright State University Chapter of Phi Kappa Phi. Research and scholarship include urban development, ethics, and technology policy. Dr. Jerri Killian Dr. Killian teaches in the Urban Affairs and Master of Public Administration program. Research and scholarship include human resources, ethics, and administrative reform. Kenneth Lowrey Mr. Lowrey teaches GIS, Physical Geography, Comparative Non-Western Environments, and World Regional. Dr. Kenji Oshiro Dr. Oshiro teaches in geography program. He served as chair of the Department of Geography and director of East-Asian Section of the American Association of Geographers and has received two Full bright Senior Scholar Awards. Jr. Dr. Pammer teaches in the Urban Affairs and Master of Public Administration program. Research and scholarship include community capacity building, quantitative methods, economic sustainability, and non-profit management. Dr. Jennifer Subban Dr. Subban teaches in the Urban Affairs and Master of Public Administration program. Research and scholarship include program development, project management, family literacy, and issues of race, culture, and gender in community development and the nonprofit sector. Dr. Mary V. Wenning Dr. Wenning teaches in the Urban Affairs and Master of Public Administration program. Research and scholarship include planning and housing policy. Affiliated Faculty Dr. Mary Ellen Mazey Dr. Mazey teaches courses in leadership and regionalism. She concentrates much of her research in strategic planning, regional cooperation, and urban leadership. Served as chair of the department for seven years, director of the Center for Urban and Public Affairs for nine years, and chair of the Governing Board of the Urban Affairs Association. Dr. Mazys areas of study include strategic planning, regional cooperation, and urban leadership. Dr. Perry Moore Dr. Moore teaches Urban Public Personnel in the masters program. David Barber Mr. Barber teaches Geomorphology, Cartography, and Intermediate cartography and Map Interpretation in the geography program.
