  1. Unassisted Editing:
    1. Clients can book time on the editing systems by scheduling time (during regular business hours) on the appropriate system’s time sheet located on the table in the 013 Library lobby.
    2. The editing systems are available on a “first come-first served” basis during regular CTL business hours. However, clients must relinquish an editing system at the given time if another client has previously booked the system.
    3. Clients may forfeit time booked on an editing system if they fail to show or call within 10-minutes of their scheduled time.
  2. Assisted Editing or After Hours Editing:
    1. Clients can also book time on the editing systems by scheduling time with the Video Production Manager.
    2. The Video Production Manager will schedule a Student Production Assistant to work with the client on their project at a mutually agreeable time.
    3. If a client books an appointment after regular CTL business hours, and fails to show or call within 20-minutes of their scheduled time, the Student Production Assistant will be permitted to leave and the CTL will assess a $100 “no show” fee (regardless of the instructional/non-instructional status of the project).
