- Unassisted Editing:
- Clients can book time on the editing systems by scheduling time (during regular business hours) on the appropriate system’s time sheet located on the table in the 013 Library lobby.
- The editing systems are available on a “first come-first served” basis during regular CTL business hours. However, clients must relinquish an editing system at the given time if another client has previously booked the system.
- Clients may forfeit time booked on an editing system if they fail to show or call within 10-minutes of their scheduled time.
- Assisted Editing or After Hours Editing:
- Clients can also book time on the editing systems by scheduling time with the Video Production Manager.
- The Video Production Manager will schedule a Student Production Assistant to work with the client on their project at a mutually agreeable time.
- If a client books an appointment after regular CTL business hours, and fails to show or call within 20-minutes of their scheduled time, the Student Production Assistant will be permitted to leave and the CTL will assess a $100 “no show” fee (regardless of the instructional/non-instructional status of the project).
