- If necessary, the Supervisor of Graphics/Photography meets with the client(s) to go over the CTL Service Agreement and has the client sign the agreement.
- A CTL Photographic Request form is filled out with all required client and project information. CTL Photographic Request forms are available in the CTL main office area. After the CTL Photography Request form is accepted, the CTL Photography Request form is given a CTL Work Order Number and placed in the Digital Imaging Specialist's mailbox.
- Once the job has been completed, the Digital Imaging Specialist meets with the client to review the job. Additional changes or arrangements are made if necessary.
- Once final approval is obtained in writing from the client (if deemed necessary), copies of all request forms, production forms, service agreements, copyright clearances, talent releases, etc. are submitted to the front office for billing (if necessary) and filing.
IF the Digital Imaging Specialist or Supervisor of Graphics/Photography are NOT available to talk with client:
- A CTL Photographic Request form is accepted or filled out with all required client and project information (name and number of client, date, time, specifics of items needed, etc.). The client is told that someone in photography will contact them ASAP to get more information and details.
- The CTL Photographic Request form is then placed in the Digital Imaging Specialist’s mailbox.
